Key Responsibilities
Manage the efficient route planning of the delivery vehicles and ensure that stock is moved efficiently and safelyBuild relationships with internal customers to determine their requirements, manage expectations and achieve our service level agreementsLive and breathe excellent customer service and support and coach our Drivers to do the sameEnsure all business Health and Safety measures are followed and report on all accidents and near missesMotivate, lead and develop the team to excel in their current role and understand and support their aspirationsImprove returns, credits and warranty processes thereby enhancing the customer experienceControl and monitor costs, such as driver overtime, absence etc. Skills and Experience
