A prestigious design studio, celebrated for seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with timeless elegance, is looking for a skilled Mid-Weight FF&E Designer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of FF&E elements within luxury residential projects, collaborating closely with the Project Leader to support the overall design direction. Your responsibilities will include preparing concept designs, spatial planning, schematic schemes, as well as selecting furniture and detailing joinery. You will assist with FF&E tender documentation and procurement processes, liaise with clients, suppliers, and the design team, and conduct site visits to resolve any issues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality design, with proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Estimac being highly desirable. Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects are key to succeeding in this role.
