Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Response Officer, based in Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include conducting regular security patrols, responding promptly to incidents, maintaining detailed incident reports, and ensuring the safety of clients and properties. The role also involves monitoring security systems, addressing risks proactively, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to support clients' security needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in threat assessment, risk mitigation, and security management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Problem solving and decision making abilities in high pressure environments
- Experience with security technologies, including monitoring and alarm systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, along with Call Outs
- Previous experience in security roles or related fields is advantageous
- Possession of valid sia DS or CP license.
- Familiarity with Response Security Procedures
