Are you a visionary tech leader ready to redefine education with the power of AI? Join 2 Hour Learning as a Lead Product Architect and spearhead the transformation of our AI-driven learning platform. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to revolutionize how the world learns.
At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just adding AI to traditional learning models; we're tearing down the old structures and building a new educational paradigm from scratch. Our innovative approach has led to students achieving remarkable results, consistently surpassing expectations and setting new standards in academic excellence.
This role transcends traditional product management. As a technical architect at the executive level, you'll own the architecture, technical strategy, and AI integration of our learning system. Your mission: to make decisive technical trade-offs that ensure scalability, efficiency, and a laser-focus on student success. If you're prepared to lead the charge in redefining education, we want you on our team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leveraging your deep expertise in educational products to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
- Crafting technical specifications that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and long-term viability in every decision.
- Integrating generative AI technologies to automate engineering processes, aligning with our vision of minimizing manual labor.
What You Won't Be Doing
- Managing people; your focus will be on leveraging your technical and business acumen to drive outcomes.
- Getting bogged down in meetings or administrative tasks; our streamlined processes let you concentrate on delivering value.
- Developing high-level strategies without practical implementation; your insights must translate into actionable product-level recommendations.
Lead Product Architect Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the CTO for key educational products, ensuring core competencies are leveraged to drive value and achieve strategic goals.
Basic Requirements
- Proven expertise in data-driven learning science.
- 7+ years of experience in making critical architecture and design decisions on software projects, including the use of significant open-source technologies.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud computing services, especially AWS.
- 4+ years of experience in roles with full technical and delivery ownership of revenue-generating products.
- Experience in creating product features utilizing Generative AI.
- Proficiency in using Generative AI to optimize work processes.
