We are looking for a
Junior-level Technical Support Engineer
to work with our in-house Engineering Team to help maintain and troubleshoot our infrastructure across all sites.

What you'll be doing...

  • Handle the IT and administrative tasks required to keep staff and clients efficiently working.
  • On occasion will need to speak to clients and will be working with all departments within the company to help troubleshoot their issues.
  • You will need to bounce between buildings and locations on demand to attend to wherever an issue arises.
  • You'll be working with enterprise hardware and software as well as some cloud based services.
  • You'll gain knowledge of Post Production technologies first hand at a leading London Post Production Facility.

Whatever the issue, you won't be alone, and will be guided by our experienced Engineering Team.

Who you are.....

  • You can quickly grasp the technical concepts and solutions we have in place, and be able to provide internal and external support to staff and clients alike.
  • You can easily get comfortable with a command line environment, if not already.
  • You understand the basic concepts of IP networking.
  • You have excellent technical and troubleshooting skills
  • You are happy to collaborate with colleagues and take direction from our current team.

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with a command line environment
  • Experience with installing operating systems
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems
  • Understanding basics of IP networking
  • Experience with computer hardware
  • Amicable and happy to assist people with limited technical knowledge
