Fulltime Field Care Supervisor

Caremark Ashford & Shepway are a part of a national network, who have been established since 2005.

Our Field Care Supervisor is responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and provide support to all our amazing Care Assistants within a defined area.

Our Field Care Supervisor responsibilities include:

  • To support and manage a team of dedicated Care Assistants
  • In case of emergency, you will have on-call responsibilities
  • Maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinators
  • Act as a link between our customers and the office
  • Oversee care quality control
  • Monitor and supervise care service
  • Coverage of some care visits

Job Types: 1 Full-time Permanent

Flexible working, Day shifts, Evenings, Monday to Friday and Weekend availability. Various shifts to suit. Covering the entire Ashford and Shepway districts also means we have a variety of locations at which to work with customers and Care Assistants.

Salary: £26,000 per year, opportunity to pick extra paid hours covering care calls.

Experience:

  • providing care: 2 years (required)
  • supervisory: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License (required)
