What You'll Be Doing

Implement and embed a child-led curriculum that celebrates individuality and curiosity.

Develop innovative strategies and processes that enhance the quality and creativity of our nursery.

Oversee planning and observations, ensuring that every child's learning journey is rich, meaningful, and celebrated.

Lead on CPD, inspiring your team through ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Manage resources and environments, ensuring every space is engaging, stimulating, and purposeful.

Drive quality assurance, maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of care and education.

Collaborate closely with the management team, sharing ideas, supporting innovation, and championing best practice.
