Construction Secretary

Location: London Bridge

Salary: Up to £35,000

Office based role - 5 days a week

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Construction Secretary to join a busy and fast-paced interiors and construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous PA/Administration experience who is confident managing multiple priorities and supporting a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Projects with diary management and internal meeting coordination
  • Collate, format, and maintain weekly construction reports and board documents
  • Monitor and update the online document management system
  • Assist with purchase orders, procurement, and live project cash flow forecasting
  • Schedule and manage internal training while maintaining site coverage
  • Prepare presentations and general documentation
  • H&S administration
  • Conduct occasional site visits to monitor standards and progress
  • Onboard and induct new construction team members in coordination with HR
  • Book meeting rooms, organise catering, and support team events

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a similar construction Admin/Secretarial role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general Office tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proofread and edit professional documentation
  • Highly organised, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction project software is an advantage
