What you'll do

You will oversee financial due diligence and transaction execution, ensuring insights are accurate, actionable, and commercially relevant. You will manage client relationships, maintaining trust and delivering advice that helps businesses achieve their strategic goals.

You will contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and helping grow the practice. You will also mentor team members, build high-performing teams, and influence the future direction of the transaction services offering.

What you'll need

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CA, CPA, or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience
  • Demonstrated success in leading transaction services at leading advisory or Big 4 firms
  • Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships while supporting growth and new opportunities
  • Commercially minded with strong strategic insight and an entrepreneurial approach
  • Experienced in coaching, guiding, and developing high-performing teams
