With a rapidly expanding deal pipeline and heightened investor activity, this is an incredibly exciting time to join a business with momentum and strong financial backing.They are seeking an experienced Transaction Services / M&A Manager to provide crucial support on all transaction-related workstreams. This role sits at the heart of the acquisition strategy and offers broad exposure to senior leadership, banks, and investors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end M&A execution, including financial analysis, modelling, diligence, and integration support.Manage and respond to due diligence questions, coordinating with advisors and ensuring timely delivery of information.Engage directly with banks, lenders, and investors, confidently presenting financial insights and deal updates.Prepare high-quality board packs, investment papers, and financial analysis for internal and external stakeholders.Support carve-out, exit, acquisition, and sale processes as required.Work cross-functionally with finance, strategy, legal, and external advisors to drive transaction outcomes.Bring structure, pace, and analytical rigour to a fast-moving, deal-heavy environment.Candidate ProfileACA qualified accountant (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).2–4 years out of practice, with a strong background in Transaction Services, Deals, M&A Advisory, or Corporate Finance.Demonstrable experience working on carve-outs, exits, acquisitions, and/or sales.Strong understanding of financial due diligence processes and the ability to handle technical DD queries.Confident communicator capable of engaging with banks, investors, and senior executives.Thrives in a dynamic, PE-backed environment with multiple concurrent workstreams.Sector background is agnostic—deal experience in any industry is welcome.Comfortable working in London 3 days per week.
