About The Role
We're supporting a well-known organisation in the live events and experiences sector with a
confidential search
for a
Marketing Executive
who will help shape how customers engage with their brand before, during, and after their experience.

This role sits within a close-knit marketing operations team that focuses on the
end-to-end customer journey
- ensuring communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with the wider brand strategy.

You'll take ownership of marketing activity that enhances the customer experience, managing projects, creative briefs, and digital updates that make a real difference to how people connect with the brand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day marketing activity and coordinating projects across digital and print.
  • Writing and developing engaging customer communications that inform and inspire.
  • Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to deliver creative assets and marketing collateral.
  • Supporting digital content updates across web, email, and social channels.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey and reduce common pain points.
  • Tracking spend, progress, and campaign performance to demonstrate impact.
  • Working collaboratively within a wider marketing team to improve processes and output.

  • Have an interest in live events, experiences, or customer engagement.

You might currently be a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or Campaign Assistant ready for a more autonomous, project-led role where you can see your work come to life.
