We are looking for an engaging and driven Bartender to join our team at the London EDITION.

The Lobby Bar, one of the most stunning rooms in London, transforms from an airy space for a coffee by day to a buzzing cocktail bar by night, filled with glamorous guests and discerning drinkers.

As Bartender you will:

• Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu
• Prepare orders at the highest quality level
• Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and learn to anticipate their needs
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
• Works with the kitchen and F&B teams 
• Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests a unique experience

Our most successful Bartender has:

• A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent service skills
• Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests
• A team player approach 

This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
