About Us

We are a specialist Private Client law firm dedicated to providing high-quality advice on Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate, and Estate Planning. Our consultants deliver tailored, compassionate advice supported by robust compliance processes and expert legal drafting.

We are now inviting experienced professionals to join our growing network of Private Client Consultants on a self-employed, fee-sharing basis.

The Opportunity

This role offers independence and flexibility while benefiting from the firm's infrastructure, branding, and legal support. As a consultant, you will manage your own caseload, build relationships, and deliver exceptional client care with the backing of a respected private client practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings (virtually or in person) to assess estate planning needs.
  • Advise clients on Wills, LPAs, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Inheritance Tax planning.
  • Prepare and oversee accurate documentation in line with legal and firm standards.
  • Liaise with our compliance and legal support team to ensure quality assurance.
  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and referral relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to SRA and internal procedures.

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Private Client work (Wills, LPAs, Probate, or Trusts).
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and client care skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.
  • Professional, ethical, and client-focused.
  • STEP, CILEx, or SWW qualification (or working towards) preferred.
