Shape the Future of Service at Ricoh Europe

Ricoh Europe is transforming the way we work, serve, and innovate. As part of our Service Transformation (ServiceTX) programme, we're building new digital-first, data-driven, and customer-centric ways of delivering value — for both our customers and our people.

We're looking for a Service Process Analyst to help lead this transformation. You'll play a key role in designing and improving our One Ricoh Onboarding processes — creating seamless, measurable, and automated experiences that enhance both Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) from day one.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitate customer journey and process-mapping workshops that inspire collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain Onboarding Service Blueprints, usage policies, and process documentation.
  • Collect and analyse business requirements for process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to track KPIs, service performance, and ROI against defined outcomes.
  • Collaborate with service architects, project teams, and change managers to align process design with Ricoh's strategic goals.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, issues, risks, and training needs to ensure successful implementation.
  • Promote process governance, standardisation, and operational efficiency across Ricoh's EMEA operations.
  • Champion Ricoh's One Team / One Ricoh culture, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

Knowledge & Experience

  • Extensive experience as a Business or Service Process Analyst, ideally in a digital transformation or IT service environment.
  • Understanding of the ITIL Service Lifecycle and ITIL 4 principles.
  • Proven experience developing or maintaining Service Blueprints and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Asana, Jira, ZenDesk, or ServiceNow is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with a passion for process optimisation.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g. ARIS, MS Visio).
  • Critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Organisational change management experience is a plus.

Education

  • Degree (BA/MA) in Business Management, IT, Financial Management or related field.

In Return For Your Commitment, You Can Expect

  • A competitive salary package
  • Industry leading benefits
