Department Overview:

The Financial Markets (FM) landscape is rapidly going through a process of digitisation, at the core of which is eTrading. eTrading at ING covers all products traded in ING FM. These include cash equities, futures, commodities, F and Fied Income products (corporate and government bonds)

Main Duties and Responsibilities of Role:

The Global Head of eFI will create the vision to ensure that eFI at ING is market leading and be responsible for the eFI team's delivery of the roadmap.

Candidate Profile

Qualification/Education

Essential:

• MSc in quantitative subject

Desired:

• PhD in quantitative subject

Eperience/Knowledge

Essential:

Minimum 7 years' e

• perience working on an eFI trading desk developing pricing and hedging strategies;
  E- perience in leading a team
• Having personally developed pricing and hedging strategies running in production
  Fleibility in development technologies. E- pected to work with different technologies and languages (Python, KDB, Proprietary Software).
  E- perience in client and franchise optimisation of an electronic trading desk;
