General Description and Purpose

Aqua Mundus is a leading wastewater engineering company providing specialist services to the hospitality and leisure industries throughout the UK.

Due to recent growth, we are looking for a full-time Service Coordinator to join our friendly service team at our new offices in Bidford-on-Avon.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our operations—liaising with customers, suppliers, and field-based engineers via email and telephone, while providing vital support to the Service Coordinator in the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily enquiries from customers and engineers via phone and email
  • Schedule and confirm planned visits with clients
  • Coordinate remedial jobs with engineers
  • Monitor, acknowledge, and reschedule revisit works as required
  • Update the internal job management system with accurate notes
  • Maintain client portals with ETA and job information
  • Manage inbound service calls and email requests efficiently

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience as a Service Coordinator (or similar) in a fast-paced office environment
  • A full UK driving licence
