Job Description

HR Business Analyst

Are you an HR Business Analyst who loves solving problems, shaping smarter processes, and turning complex business needs into elegant system solutions?

Do you want a role where your work directly improves the employee experience and drives meaningful organisational change?

If that sounds like you, this opportunity will excite you.

We're looking for a high-performing HR Business Analyst who wants to play a pivotal role at the intersection of HR, technology, and business transformation. In this role, you won't just gather requirements—you'll influence how HR operates, how data flows, and how digital tools enable people across the organisation.

This is your chance to:

Lead analysis that shapes major HR initiatives and system enhancements

Work with modern HR technologies like Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SuccessFactors

Design processes and solutions that streamline HR operations and elevate employee experience

Engage directly with senior HR and business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor

Drive continuous improvement by spotting opportunities and recommending smarter ways of working

Build your expertise through exposure to transformation programmes and innovative HR technologies

You'll be joining a forward-thinking, people-focused environment where your ideas matter, your voice is heard, and your career development is genuinely supported. If you're an analytical thinker with a passion for HR technology and a drive to make a real impact, this is the perfect platform to elevate your career.

If you're ready to shape the future of HR with meaningful, tech-enabled solutions, we want to hear from you.
