Moorways Sports Village delivers a diverse and high-energy Group Exercise programme across our purpose-built studios. We pride ourselves on offering motivating, safe, and enjoyable experiences that help our members achieve their fitness goals.
About the Role
We are seeking passionate and professional Fitness Class Instructors to deliver studio-based classes only. You will teach structured 45–60 minute sessions, bringing energy, confidence, and expertise to every class.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, safe, and effective studio-based group exercise classes (45–60 minutes).
- Provide clear instruction, coaching, and progressions suitable for all fitness levels.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment where all participants feel supported.
- Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to deliver high-quality sessions.
- Represent Moorways professionally and maintain excellent communication with the Group Exercise Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant certifications for the classes you deliver (e.g., Les Mills, Level 2 ETM, Yoga, Pilates, Spin, Dance Fitness, HIIT, Functional Fitness, etc.).
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to motivate and inspire groups.
- Reliability, professionalism, and passion for delivering great member experiences.
- Previous studio teaching experience preferred, but exceptional newly qualified instructors are welcome.
