We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.), ensuring product information is accurate, optimized, and up-to-date. The role will require proficiency in Excel, data entry, and content management, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and Maintain Product Listings:
  • Develop and upload product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring that all product details (e.g., title, description, images, pricing, and inventory) are accurate and optimized for search visibility.
  • Regularly update product listings to reflect changes in pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
  • Product Data Management:
  • Organize and maintain product data in Excel or product management systems.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve product visibility and search ranking.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to ensure product listings are competitive.
  • Inventory Monitoring:
  • Track inventory levels and update product listings to reflect stock availability, including backorder or out-of-stock statuses.
  • Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate product listings and prevent overselling.
  • Ensure product images are high-quality, compliant with platform requirements, and reflect the product accurately.
  • Quality Control:
  • Review product listings for consistency, spelling, grammatical errors, and formatting to ensure a professional presentation.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or errors in product listings in a timely manner.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track and analyze listing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on listing activities and product performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, views, sales, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in e-commerce, retail, or a similar data entry-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MUST)
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
