Your responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and manage customer service content on our brand websites.
  • Optimise key online customer service processes, such as account and product registration, appliance support, repair booking, selling of spare parts/accessories/care products, and contact options, on our brand websites.
  • Support our D2C marketing campaigns with the creation of online content across all brands and all marketing channels.
  • Provide data analysis across multiple channels to report on and monitor the performance of our KPIs.
  • Use customer survey insights (Net Promoter Score) to further optimise our products and services, support BSH's commitment to being a consumer-centric company and promote brand loyalty.

Your profile:

  • Experience in a digital / marketing role is highly desirable.
  • Experience in content management is highly desirable.
  • Experience in D2C / eCommerce is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a creative role is desirable.
  • Experience in data analytics and insights is desirable.
