e're searching for an energetic, detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our expanding team in London. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys bringing ideas to life, and loves working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
If you're someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences and wants to work with a wide range of clients — from global brands to innovative startups — this is an opportunity to build your career in one of the most dynamic industries around.
About the RoleAs our Event Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in the planning, organisation, and delivery of events of all sizes and styles — from corporate conferences and brand launches to private functions and experiential activations.
You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure every detail is executed perfectly. From initial concept development through to post-event review, you'll help ensure each project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. No two days are the same — and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across multiple event types while working alongside passionate professionals in a supportive, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events across multiple sectors and formats.
- Liaise with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and brand vision.
- Work with venues, suppliers, and production teams to deliver high-quality event experiences.
- Manage event timelines, logistics, budgets, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate event setup, registration, and on-site operations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Assist with creative event concepts, proposals, and client presentations.
- Oversee supplier relationships to maintain strong partnerships and cost efficiencies.
- Gather and analyse post-event feedback to improve future delivery.
You're organised, motivated, and people-focused. You have an eye for detail but also see the bigger picture — how an event connects people, builds relationships, and represents a brand. You're the kind of person who stays calm under pressure, enjoys teamwork, and takes pride in seeing your hard work come to life.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in event coordination, event administration, or project support.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and the confidence to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management tools (desirable).
- Flexibility to attend events outside standard working hours when required.
- Competitive full-time salary with opportunities for career progression.
- Hybrid working arrangements based in our central London office.
- The chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients — from household brands to boutique agencies.
- Exposure to a wide range of event formats: corporate, consumer, experiential, and private.
- A collaborative and supportive team that values creativity, innovation, and integrity.
- Ongoing training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within the company.
- A fast-moving but fun environment where no two projects are ever the same.
If you're ready to take the next step in your events career and want to be part of a team that values creativity, precision, and great client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
