We're on the lookout for a Day Front of House Concierge who can bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that residents, their friends, and families can count on during the quieter hours. From assisting with requests to offering reassurance and a warm welcome, you'll play a key role in making the building feel safe, relaxed, and connected even at night.

What we're looking for:

  • Meeting and greeting residents and any visitors
  • Welcoming new residents and preparing new resident packs
  • Manage and respond to general enquiries via phone, email and other channels
  • Key and parcel management
  • Rectify any unplanned cleaning emergencies and proactively deal with any minor maintenance and problems identified
  • Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development
  • Record, monitor and respond to any resident feedback
  • Manage booking of meetings and event spaces for residents and external guests
  • Clear and concise handover to day team arriving on shift
  • Conduct daily building walks and monitor CCTV

Requirements

  • A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence / Security Guard Licence
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Great people skills
  • This job will operate on a on a 4 on and 4 off basis
