The Role:-

As a Support Worker, you will empower the individuals you support to achieve greater independence and lead active lives. You will provide person-centered assistance in everyday activities within their homes and in the community. This role involves both lone working and collaborating with a friendly team to create a stable, caring environment focused on the health, safety, and well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Enable service users to live full and active lives while respecting their preferences and choices.
  • Provide person-centered support in various aspects of daily living.
  • Work as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
  • Maintain a happy and stable environment that prioritizes the welfare of individuals.
  • Support service users with personal care, household tasks, and community engagement.
  • Participate in evening and weekend shifts as part of a rota, including sleep-in duties.
