Position: Experienced Plumbers & Heating Engineers (Minimum 5 Years' Experience)

EnergyMyWay is seeking experienced plumbers and heating engineers with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our busy, friendly, and growing team. You'll be working on a range of exciting self-build projects, primarily across Oxfordshire, helping to shape high-quality, sustainable homes for our clients.

Our clients are building their 'forever homes,' and both they and we demand the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail. As an experienced professional, you will be expected to take pride in your work—even the aspects that may never be seen Typical projects include underfloor heating (UFH), first and second fix plumbing, plant rooms, air-source and ground-source heat pumps (ASHP & GSHP), and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of plumbing and heating experience with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work
  • In-depth knowledge of 1st and 2nd fix plumbing, UFH systems, and plant room installations
  • Experience with renewable energy systems such as ASHP, GSHP, and MVHR
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver exceptional workmanship
  • A problem-solving attitude with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex projects
