ORG Developments Limited is looking to recruit a time served, and multi-skilled joiner to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of joinery and construction, demonstrating proficiency in both fabrication and assembly. This role requires a meticulous approach to work, ensuring high quality finishes and adherence to health and safety standards.

The candidate will require competency and experience in the following areas:

· Fabricate and assemble wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications.

· Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and joinery materials.

· Perform carpentry tasks including the installation of doors, windows, and cabinetry.

· Execute joinery tasks with precision, ensuring all components fit together seamlessly.

· Assist in roofing projects, ensuring structural integrity and weatherproofing.

· Conduct heavy lifting as required during the construction process.

· Engage in construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.

· Support plumbing and masonry tasks as needed, contributing to overall project completion.

· Apply electrical experience where applicable to assist with installations or repairs.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

· Proven experience in carpentry.

· Strong skills in fabrication and assembly techniques.

· Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction.

· Familiarity with roofing practices and heavy lifting protocols.

· Basic knowledge of plumbing, masonry and electrical systems is advantageous but not essential to the role.

· A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout all tasks.

Job type: Permanent.

Working hours: 40 hours per week.

Salary: £37,000- £39,000 Per annum determined by skills and experience.

Work location: In person at various locations.

Requirements:

· CSCS Card

· Own tools required.

· Well presented.

· Good communication skills.

· Full UK driving licence.
