Gratte Brothers | Security Systems & Software is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and oversee projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate teams, manage costs, ensure safety compliance, and help deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.

About The Role
Gratte Brothers is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, management, and execution of one or multiple projects simultaneously under the guidance of our senior engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project coordination and the ability to independently address and resolve most project challenges. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including cost control, scheduling, procurement of materials and labour, effective communication (both written and verbal), problem-solving, and coordination with all trades on-site. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all health and safety documentation across projects, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Regularly monitor and update project financials, producing monthly reports in collaboration with senior engineering staff.
  • Collate and organise project information to support effective contract reviews and informed decision-making.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely updates.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee testing and commissioning for all projects in line with company and client procedures.
