We are looking for an excellent female Support Worker to work in our Dyserth service, working alongside a colleague to support a young woman in her own home who has learning disabilities, autism and Epilepsy. She enjoys a very busy and active lifestyle, and you will be supporting her in every aspect of this. This will be helping to prepare meals, doing everyday chores, attending activities and events in the community, meeting friends and family, visiting health professionals, and assisting with personal care.

We provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Shifts are waking nights.

You will need: Clear and confident communication skills, a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to assist people with what is important to them including personal care. The ability to remain calm under pressure, a genuine interest in helping people and good IT skills. Driving is also essential for this role.

Start Date: 6 January 2026

Pay: £12.60-£14.18 per hour
