About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our team. You will play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, supporting the chefs, and assisting with basic food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
• Keeping all areas of the kitchen clean, tidy, and safe
• Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation, such as peeling and chopping vegetables
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly
• Supporting the wider kitchen team when needed

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards
• Experience necessary
