*Who We Are Looking For:
State Street Alpha Implementation team is looking for an
EMEA Operational Readiness Lead*
to support our Collection, Configuration & Readiness Practice across the Alpha platform. We're looking for professionals with experience across front and middle office operating models, business analysis, data management and project management disciplines.

The primary purpose of this role will be managing, oversight and escalation for the operational readiness outreach team, including co-ordination of communications with third parties and vendor management. The Alpha Operational Readiness Outreach manager partners with SSC Operational Readiness leads on in-scope tasks to ensure that the business teams are operationally ready for the migration of new business onto the State Street platforms.

*What You Will Be Responsible For:*
As AVP – Operational Readiness Lead, you will

  • Co-ordination / oversight / reporting of third party reachout for onboarding globally for assigned clients
  • Maintain project plan for assigned pillars, including MI to program leads, senior management and clients where relevant
  • Meet regularly with the business teams, workstreams and program analysts to review progress on assigned pillars and associated challenges
  • Track & report the Business Integration Green Light Criteria and Go Live Criteria for Day In the Life, Production Parallel and Go Live
  • Responsibility to host internal / external calls as required per assigned pillars, arranging breakout groups for issues where required
  • Gain an understanding of target operating models
  • Proactively raise risks and issues effectively within the program, drive solutions and effectively communicate options
  • Ensure practice is aligned to programme activities and governance. Leverage the ASIS standards and feedback on changes/improvements

*Education & Preferred Qualifications:*

  • 5+ years relevant experience in financial services, preferably in the asset management sector, including investment operations.
  • Project Management / Onboarding experience
  • External client management experience
  • 3rd party engagement or vendor management experience
  • Understanding of outsourced operations, specifically middle office
