We're hiring: Graduate Quantity Surveyor – 2-Year Development Scheme

We're excited to launch our new
Graduate Scheme
at
Lura Constructions
– designed for ambitious graduates ready to build their careers in a hands-on, project-based environment.

As a
Graduate Quantity Surveyor
, you'll join our commercial team and gain real experience across live refurbishment and retrofit projects — working with our site teams, supply chain partners and clients to see how cost management drives successful delivery.

  • What you'll get:
  • £32,000 in Year 1, rising to £36,000 in Year 2
  • A structured two-year development plan
  • Mentoring from senior QSs and Commercial Managers
  • Support towards RICS or CIOB professional accreditation
  • Clear progression into a permanent Quantity Surveyor role on completion
  • What we're looking for:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management or similar
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • A practical approach and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to sites across London
  • Right to work in the UK

Base:
Walthamstow (projects across London)
