Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client and Customer Sales Associate located in London. The Client and Customer Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. The associate will also develop and implement sales strategies, handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Interaction skills
- Sales Presentations, Identifying Sales Opportunities, and Implementing Sales Strategies skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
