Role Description
We are hiring a Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site position located in Greater London. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and promoting the Anne Fontaine brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with styling, managing product displays, maintaining an organized sales floor, and processing transactions. The role also involves fostering a positive and luxurious store atmosphere, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, and contributing to team goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with experience in assisting clients and creating a memorable shopping experience.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or surpass individual and team sales targets.
- Product knowledge or interest in fashion, luxury retail, and clienteling practices.
- Effective communication and organizational skills for managing inquiries and maintaining store operations.
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Prior experience in luxury or high-end retail is highly desirable.
- Passion for French craftsmanship, design, and the Anne Fontaine brand values is a plus.
