The Role: EMS Lead
As the EMS Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company\'s Engineering Management System (EMS). Key Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership in the evolution and sustained improvement of the EMS
- Lead the development of engineering governance frameworks
- Liaise across the organisation to ensure coherent EMS implementation
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of engineering processes, manuals, and tools
- Manage engineering metrics for performance visibility and continuous improvement
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in senior stakeholder management and project management
- Expertise in diverse team leadership and systems engineering
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience in continuous improvement and quality management systems
