Senior Creative - Shape the future of Screwfix.

We're looking for a Senior Creative to help define the next chapter of our brand. This is more than a design role; it's a chance to lead conceptually, shape creative strategy, and work hand-in-hand with a copywriter to turn big ideas into work that connects, performs, and stands out.

You'll be at the heart of our in-house creative team, driving innovative, cross-channel campaigns while mentoring and inspiring designers. From digital campaigns and social storytelling to in-store experiences and print, your vision will elevate how millions of customers experience Screwfix, challenging convention while keeping the brand bold, consistent, and relevant.



Responsibilities

Your Impact

  • Lead the creative vision for campaigns and brand initiatives, turning strategy into concept-driven work
  • Partner closely with a copywriter to craft ideas that are strategic, daring, and distinctive
  • Mentor and develop designers, fostering confidence, growth, and a culture of creative excellence
  • Champion and evolve the visual identity, balancing brand consistency with innovation
  • Present and advocate ideas to senior stakeholders with clarity and influence.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and cultural insights to keep the brand fresh and forward-thinking
  • Own projects from concept to execution, ensuring work is bold, practical, and impactful


Qualifications

Who You Are

  • 5+ years' experience in senior creative, art direction, or design leadership.
  • A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, cross-channel storytelling, and strategic impact
  • Experienced in partnering with copywriters or strategists to develop integrated ideas
  • Able to translate business objectives into creative strategy and results-driven work
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and a strong eye for design detail.
  • Experienced in mentoring creatives and leading teams in fast-paced environments
  • Fearlessly curious, always pushing boundaries and challenging the norm
