Nursing Home Maanger – RGN/RMN

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

East Anglia Care Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead our nursing home, Sutherlands, caring for up to 53 residents in Wymondham, Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, drive service growth, and lead a committed and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified RGN or RMN with current NMC registration
  • Proven experience managing a nursing or care home, ideally for older adults
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
  • Passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving high-quality CQC ratings
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
