You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of nurses and carers and helping to ensure the smooth running of this reputable nursing home. Good communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential.Skills / Qualifications RequiredYou must be a qualified nurse - RGN - and registered with the NMCExcellent communication skillsPrevious experience in a Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead Nurse post desirable but not essentialMust have experience in managing a small nursing teamMin 4 years hands‑on nursing experiencePassion for elderly careJob Requirements of the Clinical Lead NurseWork autonomously and independently whilst building strong relationships with the management and care staff throughout the organisationTake the lead role for patient care and regulatiry compliance in relation to careOrganising and motivating the carers to ensure excellent standards of care are deliveredAssist in inductions and orientations of new care staffHelp to uphold the home's reputation as a recognised centre of excellenceLiaising with other healthcare professionals and members of the multi-disciplinary teamAdministrative duties #J-18808-Ljbffr
