JLCA & AS.- LAWYERS is currently seeking a Receptionist fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in London, UK.

Overview:As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will assist in case processing and assist in the maintenance of case files within the team. You will work closely to support the lawyers in their casework, with some limited client facing responsibility.Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and lawyers with some limited client-facing responsibility.
  • Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents.
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic case files.
  • Coordinating conference calls and video meetings.
  • Utilizing computerized systems for data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing tasks.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish speaking.
  • Experience working in Law Firms is desirable.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in data entry and administrative tasks is preferred.
  • Proven excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and willingness to be part of a team.
