Corporate Finance Manager
to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Finance professional to play a key role in delivering end-to-end advisory services on a wide range of transactions. You'll work closely with Partners and Directors, lead client engagements, and support the development of junior team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements
  • Leading valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, and strategic advisory projects
  • Preparing pitch materials, investment memoranda, and detailed financial reports
  • Managing day-to-day project delivery and acting as a key client contact
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the CF division

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both technical excellence and strong client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or a related advisory discipline
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and report-writing skills
  • Experience managing projects and leading client interactions
  • A proactive, commercial mindset with a genuine interest in deals and growth strategy
