The Production Designer will play a key role on this High Level Tier One Sporting Account, supporting creative and production teams by preparing flawless, print-ready artwork that maintains the brand's high visual standards. You will leverage your expertise in print production, layout design, and brand consistency to ensure every piece of creative—from stadium graphics to large-scale signage—meets specifications and is executed with precision.As part of the creative and operations team for this High Level Tier One Sporting Account, you'll collaborate closely with designers, producers, and external vendors, using in-house systems and tools to manage artwork workflows efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize print production experience to create print mechanical files for release to external vendors.
Ensure all artwork is print-ready, brand-compliant, and optimized for various formats and substrates.
Collaborate with creative and production teams to translate design concepts into precise mechanicals for the High Level Tier One Sporting Account.
Perform light photo retouching, logo production, and file preparation for both print and digital use.
Maintain server organisation, file transfer, and version control processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve pre-press issues to ensure top-quality final output.
Work across Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) to prepare deliverables.
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery of materials.
Participate in fast-paced production cycles, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, especially during key activations for this High Level Tier One Sporting Account.
Uphold brand standards and help enforce style guidelines across all creative touchpoints.
Relevant experience working at a creative agency, in-house creative team, or commercial printer.
Strong knowledge of design principles: layout, typography, color, balance, composition, and current trends.
Proven experience producing a wide range of print and digital files, with an emphasis on large-format graphics.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct pre-press issues quickly.
Skilled in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word).
Expert understanding of graphic file formats and print production requirements.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
Experience using web-based project management software platforms.
Flexibility to work under tight timelines and occasional late nights or weekends during high-volume activations for the High Level Tier One Sporting Account.
