The Role
We're looking for a Wedding Sales & Suit Specialist who loves great style and even better customer service. You'll help clients find the perfect look for their special event, guiding them through outfit choices, fittings, and collections to help ensure every detail is just right.
You'll combine creativity with organisation, confidence with kindness, and turn what could be a stressful experience into a fun, memorable one.
What You'll Do:
Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Assist clients in choosing outfits, accessories, and styles that suit their taste and occasion.
- Take precise measurements and ensure every fit looks sharp and comfortable.
- Manage appointments, fittings, and collections with attention to detail.
- Keep the showroom looking stylish and inviting.
- Stay up to date with trends in formalwear and occasionwear.
- Handle busy days, last-minute adjustments, and plenty of happy customers with a smile.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have experience in retail, customer service, or fashion (tailoring experience is a bonus).
- Are confident, friendly, and love working with people.
- Have an eye for detail and a genuine interest in style.
