We have been providing quality care for our residents for over 40 years and pride ourselves on the happy, welcoming atmosphere in all of our homes. Dovehaven provide a full range of care for residential and nursing needs, for both long term and respite periods.

About The Role
  • Support clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Wound care
  • Holding consultations
  • Audits
  • Maintain accurate resident records and care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Help with the administration of medications as directed by medical staff.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Adhere to health and safety and CQC regulations at all times
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience as a nursing associate with NMC pin or a health care assistant qualification to, or in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience in the private sector
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A compassionate approach to patient care.
