Dynamics 365 Environments Manager/ Release Manager

Location

Hybrid – 3 days per week in the central London office

We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Environments Manager to oversee the end-to-end management, configuration, and governance of Dynamics 365 environments within a large-scale enterprise setup.

This role sits at the intersection of technology operations and DevOps, ensuring that environments across development, test, UAT, pre-production, and production are maintained, stable, and aligned with Microsoft best practice. You'll use Azure DevOps (VSTS) to manage releases, coordinate environment refreshes, and maintain visibility of the full D365 environment landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Own the management, coordination, and governance of all Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, CE, Power Platform) environments.
  • Maintain environment inventory, capacity, and configuration documentation, ensuring consistency across all instances.
  • Use Azure DevOps (VSTS) to manage environment tracking, change control, and release visibility.
  • Oversee environment maintenance activities such as patching, backups, restores, and sandbox refreshes

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience managing Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or CE) environments in complex enterprise settings.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps (VSTS) for environment tracking, workflow coordination, and release visibility.
  • Working knowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) and environment provisioning/maintenance processes.
  • Understanding of infrastructure, security, and operational considerations within D365 cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to maintain stability, control, and visibility across multiple concurrent environments.

Nice to haves:

  • Microsoft certifications (D365 Finance / Power Platform)
  • Understanding of supporting Azure services and governance practices
