Accounts Assistant (AP)
to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you'll support day-to-day finance operations, focusing on accounts payable and reconciliation tasks.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your attention to detail, and technical skills will make a real impact.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career who thrives in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Process invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate coding in the system
  • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Handle internal and external finance queries professionally
  • Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
  • Investigate discrepancies and ensure resolution
  • Reconcile company credit card transactions and analyse monthly spend
  • Support month-end processes and assist with ad-hoc finance tasks
  • Carry out general finance administrative duties

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts payable role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset

Desirable:

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting software
  • Understanding of eCommerce or fast-paced business environments
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to change
