We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all food safety standards are met. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist in meal preparation to ensure timely service during busy periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and utensils
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Ensure all ingredients are stored correctly and stock levels are maintained
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to meet quality standards
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service hours, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety procedures and hygiene standards
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Good understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary practices
  • Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills
  • Previous serving experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail
