We now have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist to join our Spa team.

As a Spa Therapist you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring satisfaction, repeat visits, and high spa occupancy.
  • Provide detailed information on spa packages, promotions, and products to drive sales and meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Conduct guest consultations to understand needs, recommend suitable treatments, and advise on contraindications or medical concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients and potential allergens.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and sanitised before and after each service.
  • Follow correct towel usage, laundry, and waste disposal procedures in line with hotel policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and promptly inform the Spa Manager of low supplies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and security of all spa areas, equipment, and storerooms.
