Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Early Years Tutor. The tutor will deliver high-quality training, provide support to learners working in childcare, and assess their progress against apprenticeship standards. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, offering tailored guidance, and ensuring learners achieve their qualifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to compliance requirements, and contributing to improving training materials and methods.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Early Years education and a strong understanding of EYFS requirements.
  • Skills in mentoring, teaching, and assessing learners, with experience working in a training environment or education setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to engage effectively with learners and team members.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems used for remote learning and administration.
  • Possession of a recognized teaching or training qualification, or willingness to work toward one.
  • Strong ability to work remotely and independently, while meeting deadlines and objectives.
  • An understanding of apprenticeship programs and training delivery within the Early Years sector is an advantage.
