Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as event costings, booking crew & transport, and managing sub-hire equipment
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including prepping and maintaining audio, lighting, and video equipment
  • Support live events with setup, de-rigging, and technical operations
  • Handle equipment hires, deliveries, and collections
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and the internal team to ensure seamless event execution

What we're looking for

  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for audio, lighting, and video
  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in the event industry, with hands-on knowledge of AV systems
  • Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekends when needed
  • Professional and proactive approach to customer service
  • 25 or over with a full driving licence held for more than 1 year
