What will your day to day look like?

This role is all about growth. You'll be working closely with the Sales Manager to help build a business plan that achieves growth in the lab customer base, as well as supporting the sales team with inbound leads and sales process handling. An average week might include:

  • Developing departmental business plans
  • Providing customers with information about the product
  • Keeping customer accounts warm
  • Handling inbound enquiries from customers
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive new leads

Finish this off with something around professional development or growth opportunities, if it's appropriate to do so.
