You'll play a major part in this company's growth as an Inside Sales Representative.

What will your day to day look like?
This role is all about growth. You'll be working closely with the Sales Manager to help build a business plan that achieves growth in the lab customer base, as well as supporting the sales team with inbound leads and sales process handling. An average week might include:
- Developing departmental business plans
- Providing customers with information about the product
- Keeping customer accounts warm
- Handling inbound enquiries from customers
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive new leads
Finish this off with something around professional development or growth opportunities, if it's appropriate to do so.

- Have experience in an account management or sales role
- Understand the medical devices industry
- Are happy to be on the phone with customers
