, are partnering on an exclusive basis with a well-established business to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, innovative business with a hybrid working culture and flexibility to suit your needs. You'll work within a collaborative finance team, providing insight, challenge, and commercial expertise that drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support budgeting, forecasting, commercial proposals, and marketing ROI analysis
  • Conduct variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, highlighting trends and recommending actions
  • Prepare commercial reports and provide insightful commentary for internal stakeholders and the parent group
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and scenario modelling
  • Support wider finance activities, including reporting, financial controls, and contributing to a collaborative team environment

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Accountant (
    CIMA, ACCA, ACA
    ) with at least 2 years PQE
  • Experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within manufacturing, commercial finance, or similar sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and hands-on, analytical approach
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
