Rugby CV ED, United Kingdom JIROX LIMITED Full time

The Company

We imagine, launch, and run our own brands. From idea to market-ready, we focus on creating products that serve a real purpose. Our team handles everything in-house from initial concept research and prototyping to branding, packaging, and supplier coordination. Every product we launch is designed for durability, functionality, and scalability.

With a data-driven approach, we refine listings, run performance advertising, and track every metric to maximise visibility, conversion, and brand growth. Our logistics operations are built for speed, accuracy, and control. We coordinate warehousing, packaging, and delivery across multiple platforms to ensure fast, reliable service.

Job Summary

We are seeking a commercially minded Ecommerce Development Manager to take full, day-to-day ownership of online sales performance across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and emerging digital channels. This highly autonomous role suits someone confident managing their own workload, making data-led decisions, and continually improving revenue, product visibility, and customer experience.

You will manage the full ecommerce cycle from product listings and campaign execution to performance analysis and optimisation, ensuring all activity aligns with commercial objectives and brand standards. You will also support digital marketing by running and optimising Meta, Google, and other paid campaigns, managing budgets, and using social platforms to drive traffic and conversion. Strong email marketing experience is essential, including targeted campaigns and automated flows built from customer data.

Experience with TikTok Shop is highly beneficial, including storefront management, high-performing listings, promotional coordination, and TikTok Ads. Confidence using AI tools to streamline workflows, create content variations, optimise listings, and support data analysis is also advantageous.

Working closely with product development, sourcing, logistics, and marketing teams and supported by the Managing Director, you will help shape ecommerce growth strategy while independently driving initiatives forward. As the business scales, the role offers a clear path to leadership and future team management.

You will be proactive in identifying new ecommerce and digital marketing opportunities to ensure we remain competitive in a fast-moving online retail environment.
